On Thursday night, 9th Jan. 2013, the Glo CAF Awards went down at the Eko Hotel and Suites in Victoria Island, Lagos. The event saw Yaya Toure receive the award of African footballer of the year over much favoured Mikel Obi. Another low point of the night was P-Square’s lackluster performance at the event.
Fans on the scene took to twitter to vent their frustration at the twin pop stars for a performance that was described as wack, unrehearsed and a nightmare! Ouch!

Peter Okoye apologized on behalf of P-Square for the shambolic performance, blaming it on bad sound
