 *lol* Was listening to this 'Oga At The Top's club mix by Dj Ziggy early this morning, and gosh, no other event that rocked Nigeria, Nigerians this year could top this for me.

Then Lagos commandant of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corp (NSCDC), Obafaiye
Shem, had appeared on LIVE TV show to defend job racketeering in the Corp.
Unfortunately, he goofed and started a national comedy sensation, that soon became a hyper brand, exploited by both fun-seekers and entrepreneurs – including big businesses.

2013 will soon be over.
